User-Generated Content: Event titles, target dates, selected background colors, and app configurations created inside the App are stored locally on your device using local preferences (
SharedPreferences) and local system caches to sync with your Android Home Screen Widgets.Device Permissions: With your explicit consent, the App may request access to:
Notifications: To schedule and display timely reminders on your device when an event reaches zero days or reaches your custom alert time.
Home Screen / Widget Management: To pin custom countdown widgets directly to your device's home screen.
Diagnostic & Usage Data: We may automatically collect non-personally identifiable technical data, such as crash logs, device model, operating system version, and general app performance metrics, to help us debug issues and optimize app stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information strictly to:
Provide Core Functionality: Calculate days remaining, manage your countdown lists, send scheduled event notification alerts, and keep your Android Home Screen widgets dynamically updated.
Personalize Your Experience: Save your customized event layouts, notification time preferences, and theme choices (Light, Dark, or System Default) locally on your device.
Maintain & Improve Services: Analyze anonymous crash reports and usage metrics to refine UI responsiveness, optimize widget rendering performance, and release stability updates.

Permission Control: You can revoke notification or widget permissions at any time through your device's system settings (
Settings > Apps > Days Until > Permissions).Account Deletion: If account creation is enabled, you may request the deletion of your registered account and associated server data by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, please note that no method of electronic transmission or local storage is 100% secure.
