PROCRAstiNO is designed to help you break procrastination, focus on single tasks, and build productivity momentum without compromising your personal data.

PROCRAstiNO operates with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, harvest, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII).
A. Local Data Storage
All data created or configured within the App remains strictly on your local device using secure local storage (SharedPreferences). This includes:
Tasks: Task titles and completion status.
Preferences: App theme settings (Light, Dark, or System Default) and language selection.
App State: Onboarding completion status and feature tutorial states.
B. Device Permissions
To provide its core focus and notification functionality, the App requests access to specific device features:
Notifications: Used exclusively to alert you locally when a focus timer (e.g., the 2-Minute Ignition or Deep Focus session) completes.
Prevent Device Sleep (Wakelock): Used during active focus sessions to keep your screen awake so you can view your timer progress without interruption.
3. Local Processing & Data Privacy
No External Servers: PROCRAstiNO does not use external cloud databases, user account systems, or remote servers.
No Data Transmission: Your task names, focus duration, and productivity habits are never uploaded, shared, or transmitted anywhere.
Data Control & Reset: You retain 100% control over your data. You can clear all locally stored data at any time directly through the Reset Data option inside the App's Settings menu.
4. Third-Party Packages & Analytics
The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs, user tracking tools, or remote telemetry frameworks.
The App utilizes lightweight open-source software libraries (such as system UI helpers, font renderers, and local notification plugins) strictly to run the graphical interface and trigger native device alarms locally on your device.
5. Data Security
Because PROCRAstiNO does not transmit or store data on external cloud servers, your information remains secured inside your physical device. The security of your data relies on the lock screen and local hardware encryption mechanisms provided by your device's operating system (Android or iOS).
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
